How HomeSec appraisal information is handled

This platform handles confidential property, application, document and client information for authorised HomeSec staff only. Access is individual, role-limited and auditable.

Data use

Information is used to prepare and review internal property market-appraisal research. AI receives only the evidence needed to prepare a structured assistance report and is prohibited from making lending decisions or inventing missing facts.

Storage and access

Structured records are stored in a private database. Documents and voice notes are held in private object storage. Downloads require an authenticated, authorised request and are not public.

Monitoring and retention

Sensitive client values and direct private links are excluded from monitoring payloads. Completed lending records are not automatically deleted without an approved HomeSec retention policy. Administrators can prepare lawful record exports or removal workflows.

Your responsibilities

Do not upload unnecessary personal information, share private links outside HomeSec, or use voice-note recording to record a telephone call. Report suspected access issues immediately.
